Jan, Kerry and Fran have returned after a wonderful summer break with Noni's take on one of London's most famous Michelin starred French restaurants, Le Gavroche. Unfortunately, with food prices soaring, classes will now be $70.


The entire menu is from Le Gavroche:

  • Stilton Shortbread
  • Chilled Mushroom Soup with Tapenade
  • Smoked Salmon and Carrot Salad
  • Coq a la biere (chicken with mushrooms, ale, and brandy sauce)
  • Bacon cornbread
  • Christmas Stuffed Baked Apples


Classes include:

  • Demonstration of all menu items.
  • Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
  • Students will be seated and served all menu items.
  • Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine
  • Coffee, tea and water will be available.
  • $70 fee per student / limited to eight students.
