• Creamy red pepper soup
• Asian pear salad with roasted pine nuts, shaved parmesan and raspberry vinaigrette
• Chicken en croute
• Roasted mini zucchini and baby carrots
• Caramel flan with Irish Cream crème fraiche
  

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine served with meal presentation style.
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $50 fee per student / limited to six students
