• Apple Pumpkin soup
• Shrimp salad with Tangerine Dressing
• Rosemary Rack of Lamb
• Haricot verts with Pecans and Lemons
• Orange Sorbet with Grand Marnier and Mandarin Orange garnish
  

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine served with meal presentation style.
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $50 fee per student / limited to six students
