November class has an autumn flair

Menu:

• Cranberry Peach Chutney
• Prosciutto wrapped Salad
• Cornish Game Hen with Grand Marnier Orange Sauce
• Roasted Red Potatoes with Pistachios
• Rustic Apple Tart with Cinnamon Ice Cream

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine served with meal presentation style.
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $50 fee per student / limited to six students
