Menu:

• Ham with Brandy Sauce
• Apple Cider Applesauce
• Roasted Wild Mushroom and Field Green Salad with Spicy Pecans
• Yam and Apple Casserole
• Kahlua Parfait
  

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine served with meal presentation style.
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $50 fee per student / limited to eight students
