Love & Beef Wellington is in the air for February

• Chicago’s Ruby Red Cocktail with Champagne (Noni’s version, sans Ruby)
• Prosciutto Parmesan Palmiers
• Romaine with Chambord Vinaigrette & Hazelnuts
• Beef Wellington
• Creamy Spinach in Artichoke Bottoms
• Godiva Chocolate Liqueur Parfait
  
  

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine served with meal presentation style.
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $60 fee per student / limited to eight students.
