- Salami Crisps with Sour Cream and Basil
- Cambozola and Pear Salad with Apricot Nectar Dressing
- Halibut in White Wine Sauce with Clams and Hearts of Palm
- Chard and Savoy Sauteed with Garlic and Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- Caramelized Apple Tatin
Classes include:
- Demonstration of all menu items.
- Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
- Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine served with meal presentation style.
- Coffee, tea and water will be available.
- $50 fee per student / limited to eight students.
