• Cream of Sweet Potato Soup
• Baked Hazelnut-Crusted Goat Cheese Salad
• Chicken Breast with Cambozola in Rosemary Pear Sauce
• Carrots with Mint and Lemon tied with Chives
• After Eight Mint Brownies with Chocolate Ganache
  
  

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine served with meal presentation style.
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $50 fee per student / limited to eight students.
