Thank goodness for Thanksgiving

Next class held:
November 6, 2006
6:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Menu:

• Baked Brie with Cognac, Apricots and Cranberries served on crostini
• Sweet Potato and Pear Bisque
• Apple Cranberry Salad
• Cornish Game Hen with Cognac Orange Sauce served over Saffron Rice
• Mini Pumpkin Tarts with Homemade Crème Brulee Ice Cream

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Students will be seated and served all menu items.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $55 fee per student / limited to eight students.

All classes must be paid 3 days after making reservation. You may transfer your registration to a substitute or cancel your reservation up to seven (7) days in advance of the class for a full refund.
