• Pizzettes with Gorgonzola, Tomato and Basil
• Zucchini Mint Soup
• Pomegranate and Poppyseed Salad
• Rack of Lamb with Pistachio, Honey, Lavender Crust
• Steamed Broccoli with Ricotta, Beer and Chive Sauce
• Stuffed Baked Pears in Port Sauce
  

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Students will be seated and served all menu items.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $60 fee per student / limited to eight students.

In order to secure you reservation, all classes MUST be paid within 3 days after making your reservation. You may transfer your registration to a substitute or cancel up to seven (7) days in advance of the class for a full refund.
