In honor of the sinking of the Titanic on April 14, 1912, dine as the super-rich did on that fateful evening.

Each menu item to be prepared was featured in the first-class dining room of the Titanic. (*This class is not available for private parties)
Menu:
- Canapes a l’Amiral (shrimp)
- Potage Saint-Germain (Spring Pea Soup)
- Asparagus Salad with Champagne-Saffron Vinaigrette
- Chicken Lyonnaise
- Duchess Potatoes (mashed, piped and baked)
- Chocolate Painted Eclairs with French Vanilla Ice Cream
Classes include:
- Demonstration of all menu items.
- Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
- Students will be seated and served all menu items.
- Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine
- Coffee, tea and water will be available.
- $55 fee per student / limited to eight students.

In order to secure you reservation, all classes MUST be paid within 3 days after making your reservation. You may transfer your registration to a substitute or cancel up to seven (7) days in advance of the class for a full refund.
