Menu:

• Smoked Turkey and Jarlsburg Mini Croissant Sandwiches
• Chilled Blueberry Soup
• Crab and Lemongrass Jasmine Rice Tower Salad
• Ricotta, Caramelized Onion and Roasted Red Pepper Tart
• Sweet Corn, Bacon, Potato and Cheddar Mini Tarts
• Fresh Raspberry Almond Tart

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Students will be seated and served all menu items.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $60 fee per student / limited to eight students.

In order to secure you reservation, all classes MUST be paid within 3 days after making your reservation. You may transfer your registration to a substitute or cancel up to seven (7) days in advance of the class for a full refund.
