Menu:
- Marinated Parmesan with Crostini
- Chilled Cantaloupe Soup
- Field Greens with Grapes, Snow Peas and Feta
- Salmon, Crab and Asparagus Wellington with Lemon-Dill Veloute Sauce
- Grilled Pepper Medley
- Raspberry Truffles and Strawberries with Mascarpone
Classes include:
- Demonstration of all menu items.
- Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
- Students will be seated and served all menu items.
- Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine
- Coffee, tea and water will be available.
- $60 fee per student / limited to eight students.

In order to secure you reservation, all classes MUST be paid within 3 days after making your reservation. You may transfer your registration to a substitute or cancel up to seven (7) days in advance of the class for a full refund.
