Menu:
- Portobello and Brie Cups
- Cauliflower and Parmesan Soup
- Pear and Prosciutto drizzled with Balsamic Syrup
- Halibut with Lemon Dill Butter Sauce
- Baby Red Potatoes with Cheese and Roasted Garlic
- Fudge Truffle Cheesecake
Classes include:
- Demonstration of all menu items.
- Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
- Students will be seated and served all menu items.
- Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine
- Coffee, tea and water will be available.
- $60 fee per student / limited to eight students.

In order to secure your reservation, all classes MUST be paid within 3 days of making your reservation. IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AFTER 3 DAYS, IT WILL BE RETURNED without a reservation. You may transfer your registration to a substitute or cancel up to seven (7) days in advance of the class for a full refund.
