Cookin' Up Some Summer Fun

Menu:

• Cheese Stuffed Chilies Wrapped with Prosciutto
• Chilled Strawberry Champagne Soup
• Chicken, Cheddar, & Apple Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette
• Chilled Salmon topped with Crab served over Asian Noodles with Lemongrass Dressing
• Parmesan Asparagus wrapped in Phyllo
• Chocolate Mousse served in Chocolate Cups with Fresh Fruit

Classes include:

• Demonstration of all menu items.
• Recipes, including sources for ingredients.
• Students will be seated and served all menu items.
• Adults (21 years and older) will be offered two glasses of complimentary wine
• Coffee, tea and water will be available.
• $60 fee per student / limited to eight students.

In order to secure your reservation, all classes MUST be paid within 3 days of making your reservation. IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AFTER 3 DAYS, IT WILL BE RETURNED without a reservation. You may transfer your registration to a substitute or cancel up to seven (7) days in advance of the class for a full refund.
